Washington D.C, May 8, 2014: Changeis, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Richel as Vice President of Corporate Development. With more than 30 years of experience with the Federal Government, Mr. Richel brings a customer’s point of view to Changeis. His most recent Federal experience was with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), where he served as the agency’s Deputy Assistant Administrator and was responsible for an annual budget of approximately $200M, long-term assets of approximately $1billion, over 200 employees and 80 contractors.
In addition to his work in the Federal space, Mr. Richel has garnered more than 14 years of experience in managing large, complex Federal programs, and corporate operations. His areas of expertise include corporate business development, management of information technology programs and systems, and strategic human resource initiatives. Under Bob’s leadership companies have seen exponential growth in revenues, high staff retention rates, and successful implementation of enterprise quality management initiatives, such as ISO 9001.
