Arlington, VA, March 2018 – Changeis, Inc. (Changeis) today announced that it has been awarded a task order through a master contract with the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Volpe Center. The awarded task order is under its possible $34 million IDIQ, Capital Investment Analysis Services (CIAS). Changeis will provide specialized financial management expertise for Reimbursable Agreement Accounting. Reimbursable Agreements establish the contractual mechanism between Federal and non-Federal organizations, where the Government entity performs work on behalf of the requesting entity.
