We’re a Best Place to Work
In 2018, The Washington Business Journal recognized Changeis as a winner of its 12th annual Best Places to Work award. We consider this a special honor because the award is based on an independent, anonymous survey of those who know us best — our employees. They touted several company attributes as being key to a “best” employment experience — including our workplace culture and morale; work place engagement; strength and accessibility of our management team; employee benefits; and opportunities for advancement.
Here’s what some of our employees had to say in the anonymous survey:
“Management is transparent. They care about you and your family. The company operates on a team approach and we have great coaches! You feel the authenticity and are encouraged to contribute and that your opinions matter.”
“It’s nice to be given training that can advance your current career and your future career. Changeis has consistently given me opportunities to grow as a professional and person. The Changeis mission is oriented around customer success and Changeis achieves that success by ensuring their employees are put in the best possible situations to succeed.”
“Changeis consistently exhibits their corporate values in how they conduct business, how the interact with employees, and how they set expectations for customer engagement. Changeis leadership consistently show a vested interest in the success of their personnel, including work-life balance, professional development, and continued growth.”
