Changeis, Inc. Appoints Brian Pickerall as New Vice President
Rosslyn, VA, April 16, 2021
Changeis, Inc. today is pleased to announce that Brian Pickerall has been appointed as Vice President. In this role, Pickerall will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives. Pickerall brings over 25 years of leadership and experience in driving organization-wide continuous improvement and securing significant growth and revenue expansion year over year.

Most recently, Pickerall served as Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton where he provided strategic leadership and operational direction to the Civil Infrastructure business that included a comprehensive, nationwide portfolio comprised of Government clients in facilities and construction management, environment services and sustainability, transportation, and information technology. He oversaw a highly invested and technically skilled workforce of several hundred employees throughout all operational activities, while formulating and implementing strategic initiatives for governance and growth.

Pickerall holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration Degree from Pepperdine University and is a Program Management Professional (PgMP). He also served as a Navy Surface Warfare Officer (SWO).
