Changeis, Inc. today is pleased to announce that Richard (Rick) J. Garceau has been appointed as Vice President. In this role, Mr. Garceau will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving overall revenue growth for the organization.
Mr. Garceau brings forty (40) years of distinguished experience in Air Traffic Control Management, Safety Management, Technical Training, and Space/UAS New Entrant Operations. His extensive career includes leadership positions at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), where he managed the FAA/ATO Space Operations Office as well as several major facilities including the Air Traffic Control System Command Center, Jacksonville ARTCC, and Washington ARTCC.
Prior to joining Changeis, Mr. Garceau served as Senior Associate at Aviation Management Associates, where he provided comprehensive management services to Government and commercial clients. His expertise spans actionable strategy, execution, capture, and personnel management, with a proven track record of successful program capture at the FAA. Mr. Garceau is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
