Changeis, Inc., a leading management consulting and technology services firm, announced today that it has been awarded the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Information Dissemination Support Contract. The FTA’s Office of Research, Demonstration, and Innovation (TRI) is responsible for managing and communicating the results of public transportation research activities that improve public transportation Nationwide.

Under this multi-year contract, Changeis will provide a variety of strategic communication materials, including research reports, newsletters, and social media content, all designed to effectively communicate FTA’s research findings. Changeis will also assist in developing training and presentation materials for FTA staff and recipients, further supporting the dissemination of valuable research insights.

The agreement provides services across five key areas:

• Document Analysis: Coordinating and supervising design, formatting, and proofreading of technical documentation while ensuring integration of design and content.
• Editorial Services: Delivering professional quality technical editing and ensuring compliance with Federal accessibility requirements under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
• Design Services: Developing graphics, newsletters, and outreach materials to enhance document readability and effectively communicate FTA’s research results.
• Production and Archiving Management: Supporting the compilation of statutorily required reports and managing the placement of documents in transportation research databases.
• Training: Providing workshops and developing standard operating procedures for FTA staff to enhance report production processes.
