Changeis, Inc. Selected for Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) Operational & Programmatic Support Services Contract

Changeis Inc., a leading management consulting and technology services firm, today announced that it has been awarded a contract to provide Operational & Programmatic Support Services for the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) by way of a blanket purchase agreement (BPA).
The awarded contract will allow Changeis to support the FRA in its mission of issuing, implementing, and enforcing safety regulations; implementing national rail policy; administering Federal investments to develop the national rail network through grant programs; and sponsoring and conducting technical research and development activities to advance railroad efficiency, reliability, and safety. Changeis will provide expertise in business process improvement, project management, operational program support, as well as communications initiatives.
