CMMI for Services Level 3

Changeis has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for Services. In accordance with Software Engineering Institute’s Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) Class A methodology, Changeis performs at a “defined” level, utilizing processes that are well characterized and understood by the organization, and are clearly described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems

Changeis maintains an ISO 9001:2015 certification of out Quality Management System, which is assessed annually by a global certification body accredited by the American National Standards Institutes (ANSI) – American Society for Quality (ASQ) National Accreditation Board. ISO 9001:2015 establishes the criteria for a Quality Management System that is focused on customer satisfaction, continuous process improvement, and disciplined engagement from senior management. This certification attests to Changeis’ commitment to improving internal process controls and providing superior service delivery.

Changeis’ ability to monitor and maximize quality on all engagements has resulted in outstanding customer satisfaction, as evidenced by excellent consistent performance on our Dunn & Bradstreet Open Ratings Part Performance Evaluations.

ISO 20000-1:2018 Quality Management Systems

Changeis is ISO 20000-1:2018 certified and was assessed by a global certification body accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-American Society for Quality (ASQ) National Accreditation Board.

The ISO 20000-1:2018 certification outlines criteria for a structures Service Management System (SMS). With Changeis’ ever-expanding offering of services, the ISO 20000-1:2018 certification helps ensure that services are managed and delivered effectively, processes are continually improved, and customer requirements are me in an efficient and timely manner.
