ISO 9001:2015 establishes the criteria for a Quality Management System that is focused on customer satisfaction, continuous process improvement, and disciplined engagement from senior management. This certification attests to Changeis’ commitment to improving internal process controls and providing superior service delivery.

ISO 20000-1:2018 Information Technology – Service Management

Changeis is ISO 20000-1:2018 certified and is assessed annually by a global certification body accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-American Society for Quality (ASQ) National Accreditation Board.

ISO 27001:2013 Information Technology Security Techniques – Information Security Management System Requirements

Changeis has achieved ISO 27001:2013 Certification. This Standard provides requirements for an Information Security Management System, with requirements and controls for protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of both client and company information.

CMMI V2.2 for Services Level 3

Changeis has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for Services. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates that Changeis performs at a “defined” level, utilizing processes that are well characterized and understood by the organization, and are clearly described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. Changeis’ set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.
