OASIS Overview

The General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) Contract is a Best-In-Class (BIC) next-generation contract, consisting of 7 Government-Wide multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contracts delivering total integrated solutions for government agencies needing professional, service-based requirements on a global scale. Designed to reduce duplicate contract efforts and provide comprehensive, integrated contract options, OASIS, OASIS Small Business (SB), and OASIS 8a SubPools aid Federal agencies to meet acquisition goals through this multi-billion-dollar contract.

Offers an innovative tiered access fee, ranging from 0.1 percent – 0.75 percent based on obligation level
